Umberto Crenca
Art Book Design

The Mission

Umberto had compiled a series of well over 200 paintings of Providence. With these works garnering great success, he wanted to produce a set of books, showing 100 paintings in each, in the order that they were created. The cover features an embossed logo of his initials. Large, accurate color images of the paintings fill the inside, and an index of all the pieces closes out the works section of each book. The book set is contained in a black box with his initials on the front and back in charcoal gray. This painting series is ongoing.
